This talk will address the complexities of fibromyalgia, its relationship to other chronic disorders, and how this syndrome is understood in Ayurveda. The speaker will also discuss the key role of a thorough investigation intofthe condition’s root causes in developing effective management options.

Anusha Sehgal,is the president of Boston Ayurveda, Inc.,s the Chair of the NAMA Certification Board (NAMACB), and the academic director of the Boston Ayurveda School. She is a classically trained doctor of Ayurveda with over 15 years of experience as an educator, clinician, and researcher. Dr. Sehgal’s efforts to showcase authentic Ayurveda include the upcoming release of her new book, Elementary Concepts of Ayurveda.She is also the new editor-in-chief of the Ayurveda Journal of Health.
