Come join us for our weekly webinar, Friday 10:00 PT, with our President, Dr. Margrit Mikulis and our guest this week, Dr. Marni Channoff. This session will touch upon “COVID’s Impact on Mental Health”.
Dr. Marni Chanoff is a Harvard-trained psychiatrist, a CAHC and Kripalu School of Ayurveda graduate of the Ayurvedic Health Counselor program, and has an integrative mental health practice in the Boston area where she developed an individualized approach to the practice of psychiatry, psychotherapy, diet & lifestyle counseling, and Ayurvedic consultations. She also serves as a consultant to mental health and wellness programs internationally.
The session will look at the overall impact of COVID on our mental health and will cover some self-care strategies in general as well as specific vulnerabilities and will look at specific considerations for health care providers and counselors during these unprecedented times.
