Event Information:

Ayurvedic professionals must pass the NAMACB exam to attain Professional Membership in NAMA and board certified status. There is an exam for each level of practice: AHC, AP, and (coming soon) AD. Learn more from successful exam takers and the NAMACB exam administrator.

AHC Successful Examinee

Joy du Pont, C-IAYT, RYT500, CAHC, AYT, RMT, is a board certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, certified Yoga Therapist and Master Reiki Practitioner. She is the owner of Crystal Being Wellness. She is faculty and program administrator at the Sarasvati Institute of Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy.

AP Successful Examinee

Pradeepa Rayasam, CAP, is a board certified Ayurvedic Practitioner from Narayana Academy where she currently teaches. Pradeepa is also a Registered Yoga Practitioner. She lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan and she actively practices Yoga and Ayurveda. You can visit her website www.arogyaveda.org

NAMACB Exam Administrator

Arya Hawkins, CAP, is a board certified Ayurvedic Practitioner. He started volunteering for NAMA in 2012 and working for NAMA in 2014. He practices Ayurveda, develops software, and plays the piano. He enjoys traveling, hiking, swimming, yoga, and simply being.
