General Membership
General Membership is open to any individual who supports NAMA’s mission to preserve, protect, promote and advance the consciousness-based philosophy, knowledge, science and practice of Ayurveda for the benefit of all beings. General members fall into three categories:
licensed Healthcare Professional
Licensed Healthcare Professional members either have an Ayurvedic education and are not board certified, or do not have an Ayurvedic education. Those with an Ayurvedic education they tend to incorporate Ayurvedic principles into their practice. They are interested in networking and support NAMA's mission. $100 annual dues.
Ayurvedic education
Ayurvedic Education members are individuals who have an Ayurvedic education, but are not board certified. They are interested in networking and support NAMA's mission. $100 annual dues.
Supporter
Supporter members do not have an Ayurvedic education and are not licensed healthcare professionals. They support the vision, mission and purpose of NAMA. $100 annual dues.
REFUND POLICY: All membership fees paid to NAMA are non-refundable. If you have opted for automatic renewal of your membership, you are responsible for canceling your membership prior to the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. No refunds will be issued for automatic renewals once the payment has been processed. NAMA reserves the right to enhance membership benefits, services, or programs at any time. Changes in membership benefits do not entitle members to refunds. It is the applicant’s responsibility to review and understand this no refund policy prior to completing the membership application and payment. By submitting payment, the applicant acknowledges that they have read and agreed to this policy.
