Course Description:
ANACT Professional (Level 2) is appropriate for ANACT Foundation (Level 1) graduates who would like to continue to develop and refine their Ayurvedic culinary skills, or for those who want to incorporate Ayurvedic nutrition and food principles into their occupation. This includes working at a food service establishment, starting a business that focuses on wellness through healthy food, caregiving for mothers during pregnancy and postpartum, teaching cooking classes, hosting retreats, catering dining events, writing cookbooks, professional recipe testing, and more.
