Course Description:
This course is an overview of a regular practice of an Ayurvedic practitioner. The goal is to build confidence and share experiences that are convenient for clients and encourage continued engagement with their practitioner. This course will encourage practitioners to rebuild or grow their practice, as well as feel supported with likeminded colleagues.

Course Objectives:
1. Ayurvedic practitoners will be more confident in their ability to perform nasya and abhyanga for clients.
2. Ayurvedic practitioners will be able to cook 4 meals to share with clients that are tridoshic.
3. Ayurvedic practitioners will be able to share a morning routine with clients - dinacharya, that is adapted to a busy schedule.
4. Practitioners will be taught several yogic meditations and routines that can support client's lifestyle and health goals.

Provider/Faculty Bio:
Erica Harms graduated from Southern California University of Health Sciences with a certificate as an Ayurvedic Practitioner in 2017. Originally from Oregon, she has opened an office in Albany, Oregon where she supports clients with acute and chronic health conditions. An avid writer and journalism graduate from University of Oregon, she has written monthly columns and articles for many different publications. Her educational background and passion for learning facilitates her workshops and retreats at multiple locations around the country introducing people to the medicine of Ayurveda.
