This seminar will offer applied techniques for managing one of the most common neuromuscular conditions of our time—repetitive strain injuries (RSIs) of the upper limbs. These include conditions caused by working environments, sports, and the use of modern devices. We will discuss effective use of marma therapy, as well as integration with herbal applications, oils, and yoga postures for structural and neuromuscular reconditioning. 

Madison is the co-founder of Pacific Coast Ayurveda, an Ayurvedic clinic and educational facility in Gualala, California. She oversees all clinical practice, panchakarma, and educational programs. Madison specializes in marma therapy and its diverse applications in Ayurveda.
