Multiple sclerosis is a complex autoimmune condition characterized by demyelination and axonal loss in the central nervous system. We can compare MS with snayugata vata in Ayurveda. Ayurvedic herbs and therapies offer a natural approach to MS management that aims to reduce the number of attacks, halt or slow down the progression of the disease, and strengthen the immune system. As evidence of the beneficial impact of diet and lifestyle modifications on MS patients continues to mount , Ayurveda is emerging as one of the most promising options for improving the quality of life of millions who are affected by this disease.
