Deborah Helfeld, CAHC, of Maryland, a NAMACB board certified AHC, has been teaching yoga for over 16 years, infusing her classes with Ayurvedic principles. She teaches seasonal workshops on Ayurvedic Vegetarian Cooking, and occasionally prepares Ayurvedic take-home meals.
Ann Wagoner, CAP, MA, NAMACB board certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, and yoga therapist, founded the Center for Ayurveda & Yoga Study, Lighthouse Ayurveda and Lighthouse Publishing, and is faculty at Portland Community College. She teaches cooking local foods with six tastes for clients, students, community.
Christina Vargas, CAP, graduated from the California College of Ayurveda, where she studied to be an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Chef, Herbalist and Yoga Therapist. She offers personal consultations and chef services through SimpleVeda, taking a holistic approach to help clients adjust their lifestyles.
