Mindfulness is the foundation of all Ayurvedic therapies. In the context of this seminar, mindfulness refers to an intentional turning towards the annamaya kosha, pranamaya kosha, manomaya kosha and vijnanamaya kosha. This is a key element in dinacharya and its absence has the potential of making these practices ineffective. A successful Ayurvedic practitioner weaves mindfulness into their work by teaching clients how to use ayurvedic therapies to awaken to the present moment.
