It Was a Pleasure Serving You, A Farewell From Our Communications Manager

unsplash-image-4miBe6zg5r0.jpg

Dear NAMA Members and Community,

Last week was my last week working with NAMA as the communications and sponsors and exhibitors manager. I have such mixed emotions writing this message: While I'm excited about my transition, I'll miss working daily with all of the NAMA staff, board members, and volunteers and our community at large.

For over five years, all of you have made my time here at NAMA so rewarding! It's been a pleasure serving our Ayurvedic community and working with each and every one of you, and I hope we can continue to keep in touch. I will continue as a volunteer on the conference committee and hope to see you each year at this wonderful event.

At this time, I would like to introduce Maeve Mangine, who will be taking on the Communications Coordinator position. She is going to be a wonderful asset to NAMA, and I look forward to seeing where she takes the foundation that has been built in this department and how she continues to grow and improve it.

Born and raised in central Vermont, Maeve has lived and traveled around the world exploring local cultures and communities. She brings over 15 years of experience in Communications and Administration, in addition to her background as a Kripalu-trained Ayurvedic yoga teacher. Maeve also works as a consultant for international wellness centers and retreats. She is delighted to join the staff and to contribute to the growth and vibrancy of the NAMA community.

My role has been divided into two positions, and NAMA will soon announce the new sponsors and exhibitors manager. I am sure my replacement will carry out the job of supporting and collaborating with our valued sponsors and exhibitors with dedication, care, and passion.

Please do keep in touch. I can be reached on Instagram @purushaayurveda or my personal email address kathyjostaheli@gmail.com

Thanks again for everything.

Best Regards,

Kathy Jo Staheli, AD
