The 3rd Annual Colorado Ayurveda Conference is coming to the American Mountaineering Center in Golden, CO the weekend of September 29-October 02 to explore the theme of Trauma-Informed Ayurveda.

If you are a yogi, counselor, coach, therapist, Ayurveda professional or any kind of human development guide, this is potent opportunity to deepen and expand your fluency within a trauma-informed paradigm.

Their world-class lineup of presenters will cover everything from modern medical science to the ancient and indigenous approaches to personal and collective trauma.

You will learn techniques for self-regulation as well as clinical practices for safely navigating trauma-responses. Together, you will discover the common threads linking classical Ayurveda with the latest research on how to truly heal and grow from trauma.
