Course Description:
The Samadhi Marma Self Care Course provides a subtle and effective protocol to support your meditation practice. In just 5 minutes a day, the practice prepares your mind for a calmer, quieter meditation, supports your emotional healing from grief, stress and trauma and balances the intellect of your mind, body and senses with your higher self, your soul. Along with the protocol, you're introduced to the Shanka Vansiya Ayurveda lineage history and definition of Prana, the heart lotus and the light of the soul. The course includes two live sessions to practice, learn and integrate alongside online lessons from recordings of Vaidya Rama Kant Mishra. A complimentary herbal transdermal set is included.
Course Objectives:
Objectives for attaining the full Samadhi Marma protocol include:
1) Locating specific Marma Points (pranic energy points) to open your heart lotus
2) How to activate the Marma points through the SVA lineage
3) Use of Herbal formulations aligned with the Marma points
4) Recitation of Mantras only taught in the SVA lineage.

Carol is a Certified Ayurveda Practitioner, Functional Medicine Health Coach and Licensed Massage Therapist in WI and NC with over 10 years of experience. Her studies started with and continue to aligned with the Shaka Vansiya Ayurveda lineage, brought to the United States by Vaidya Rama Kant Mishra. Carol studied with Vaidya Mishra on many topics, including Marma Therapy and Pulse for over 2 years. Through her practice, Bodhi Ayurveda, Carol shares Ayurveda as a lifestyle with a primary focus on personal coaching, teaching, and cooking at Retreats hosted domestically and internationally.
