With the growth and evolution of Ayurveda in the United States, as well as the unprecedented pandemic, we are all undertaking new roles and facing new opportunities and challenges.

In 2019, NAMA’s Professional Members subcommittee sent out a survey for members to help strengthen NAMA’s ability to accurately and comprehensively represent our membership and serves us. We had a great response and the results were hugely valuable. They were used by nearly every facet of NAMA . For example, the Conference Committee introduced some new business offerings in 2020 and is planning to offer additional options in 2021.

This year’s survey is updated with a focus on how our community has been impacted by COVID-19 and includes a special section that focuses on our BAMS community. The results will be shared with those who complete the survey. We are excited to learn how we, as a community, are developing new ways to build successful businesses and optimize the practice of Ayurveda!
